Our founder and owner, Joseph Guthrie, has been part of the residential construction industry since 1998. Being immensely interested in the way houses are built, he started in the industry with flooring projects after high school but soon moved on to more extensive projects.

His stint in home renovation began in 2010 when he figured out his passion for delivering beautifully remodeled spaces that homeowners loved. Having hired innumerable contractors in a bid to deliver high-quality results to the clients every time, he gained a fair understanding of all the crucial aspects related to hiring the right contractor.

Armed with this knowledge and extensive industry experience, he founded 3G Builders and Renovation in 2020, soon after getting his General Contractor’s license.
